Why use an eye primer?
The most important reason to use an eye primer is to make your eye shadow stay exactly the way it started when you put it on. If you want your eye shadow to look great all day, then you need to prevent sweat and oils coming up from underneath the shadow and melting it off.
Of course this is more of a problem if you are very active and have oily lids. Which is probably most teenagers and young adults at the very least.
Other reasons to use eye primer include making eye shadow more vibrant and intense - some can enhance the pigments, and also to make the eyelids more even. It provides a smooth surface to work with.

After 12 hours, the eye that had no primer had lot of creasing, and certainly wasn't in the same place it started out. The color was also not intense.

Cons of UDPP
- The reviewer's biggest beef with UDPP was once again the packaging - and I hadn't considered this - the bottle coating flakes off in her makeup bag, sticking to everything and ends up looking very shabby. One more reason to get the tube or depot into another container I guess.
