Mac paint pot vs Urban Decay Primer Potion
One product that did seem to get as good a result was the Mac paint pots. These aren't eye shadow primers, but some use the very neutral shades as a kind of primer although they aren't designed for this -they are eye shadow pots.
This can be really useful if you want to have one less step for instance. Just go straight to the shadow.
Pros
Mac paint pots contain highly pigmented long lasting eye color. They come in a nicely designed simple glass container.
Cons
The downside of the Mac Paint is the amount you get in a pot. With only five mls and similar price, this makes it twice as expensive as the urban decay primer potion with 10 mls (.34 ounces). It's easy to think "oh yeah it's the same price" but if you're only getting half the amount, it's not.
